Although a small village there is an Aldi and L'Eclerc hypermarket with petrol station on the main road just a short distance away.

About three miles in one direction there is the delightful old town of Montreuil with amenities and where you can walk around the 14th century ramparts and enjoy countryside views. The other way there is Etaples, famous for its popular markets, and the upmarket vibrant town of Le Touquet with shops, quaint architecture, family amusements, and sandy beaches, just 20 minutes from the site. Historical sites nearby include the medieval battlefields of Agincourt and Crecy.
